Jin Shin Do®
is a unique body-mind therapy and complementary health care method. It is
a safe, respectful way to explore body and emotional tensions.
The
method is based on oriental physical theory and technique, and western
mind-body concepts combining the two to create a powerful client-centered
therapy for body, mind and spirit.
Regular monthly sessions help to maintain balance, encouraging the client
to be guided by his growing awareness of sensation, which then becomes a
tool for working cooperatively in a Jin Shin Do®
session.
