Sandra Sinclair is a Reiki Master in the
Unified System of Reiki and has been a Registered Teacher with the
Canadian Reiki Association since 2004. Sandra has had a life-long
involvement working with qi; this was first experienced through movement,
then breath work, visualization, meditation and eventually as a
practitioner of holistic therapies. She has been active in Alternative
Health and Wellness events and forums for several years and is now
offering Reiki classes at The Center for Jin Shin Do Bodymind Acupressure
of North Vancouver.

Reiki Level I
Course Length: 8 hours
Course Summary: Reiki Level I will
introduce you to this form of bodywork, based on Energy Medicine, which
has been in use since the early 1900’s. Reiki is an oriental discipline
with ties to Traditional Japanese and Chinese medical theory; Reiki
(pronounced Ray-Kee) is the Japanese word for Universal Life Force Energy
that exists in all living things. Reiki practitioners rest their hands
gently on or above specific areas of the body. Treatments do not involve
pressure, manipulation or massage. The energy is self-dispersing; it
naturally flows into deficient areas and also assists the body in
regulating its own energy. In the course, you will:
- Learn the history of Reiki.
- Receive the four Level l
initiations and understand their importance.
- Be taught traditional hand
positions for self and others.
- Both give and receive a full one
hour Reiki session within the workshop.
- Explore intuitive approaches to
hands -on healing.
- Explore the human energy field
and the chakras.
- Receive a Reiki Level 1 Manual
containing comprehensive course notes.
- Be given ongoing practicum
opportunities at Reiki Share events.
- Receive a Reiki Level l
Certificate recognized by the Canadian Reiki Association.
Prerequisite: Not required.
Course Fee:

Reiki Level II
Course Length: 8 hours Prerequisite:
Reiki Level I Certification and completion of 24 documented - 1 hour
practicum sessions using the Reiki Level I energy over a six month
period. (forms are provided).
Course Summary: In Reiki
Level II, you will be given symbols to work with during a Reiki session
which will enhance the frequency of the Reiki energy, and enable you to
send Reiki into the past or forward into the future. Specifically, in
the course you will:
- Review and discuss your
experiences working with the Reiki Level l energy.
- Receive the Reiki Level ll
initiation, and a booster Level l initiation.
- Be given both the Traditional and
Non-traditional symbols and their use.
- Further explore the human energy
field.
- Experience working with the Reiki
Level ll energy within the workshop.
- Receive a Reiki Level ll Manual
containing comprehensive course notes.
- Receive a Reiki Level ll
Certificate that is recognized by the Canadian Reiki Association.
Course Fee: $275 plus GST, based

Reiki Level III
Course Length: 8 hours Prerequisite:
Reiki Levels I and II.
Course Summary: In Reiki Level
III, you will be attuned to the Usui Master Symbol, as well as
additional Non-traditional symbols which further enhance your ability to
work with higher frequencies of the Reiki energy. Specifically, in the
course you will:
- Explore the Kundalini Energy.
- Learn the Reiki Master
Meditations.
- Work with advanced theoretical
and hands-on techniques to enhance your Reiki sessions.
- Receive a comprehensive Reiki
Level lll Manual containing course notes.
- Receive a Reiki Level lll
Certificate recognized by the Canadian Reiki Association.
Course Fee: $375 plus GST based
on 8 hours of class time.
Course delivery: This course

Reiki Level IV
Course Length: 12 hours Prerequisite:
Reiki Levels I, II and III.
Course Summary: In Reiki
Level IV, you will receive the Master Symbols of the Unified System of
Reiki and be Attuned to them. There will be a thorough discourse on what
it means to be a Reiki Master/Teacher. Further, in this course, you
will:
- Completely review Reiki Levels
One, Two and Three.
- Learn the Reiki Attunements for
each Level; as well as the Distance, Booster and Self-Attunement
Procedure. Time will be allotted for extensive practice in the
workshop.
- Have discussions on and be given
information for conducting Reiki Workshops, creating business tools
for teaching and business marketing.
- Receive a comprehensive, fully
illustrated Reiki Master/Teacher Manual.
- Receive a Reiki Master/Teacher
Level Certificate that is recognized by the Canadian Reiki
Association.
Course Fee: $700 plus GST based
on 12 hours of class time.
